On Friday morning, 13 December 2024, Hadhrat Aqdas, Shaykh Abdul Mueed Saheb (Hafizahullah) of Khanqah Maseehiyyah in Sukkur, Pakistan, accompanied by a few friends conveyed their parting Salaam at the blessed and noble Raudah of Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam).
Hadhrat Shaykh Abdul Mueed is a personality who embodies patience, composure, devotion and tolerance. Shaykh’s unique style and demeanour conveys many spiritual lessons on how to present oneself in the blessed precincts. After visiting the Baqi cemetery, after Fajr Salah, at approximately 7am, Hadhrat proceeded to convey his farewell Salaam.
For the better part of 30 minutes, Hadhrat presented himself with deep devotion, respect, humility, composure and servitude. After presenting his farewell Salaam, Hadhrat Shaykh Abdul Mueed mentioned the following:
Citing a statement of his honourable father, Shafiqul Ummah Hadhrat Moulana Muhammad Farooq (Rahimahullah), who was among the chosen personalities to experience the physical vision of Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) in the state of wakefulness, Hadhrat explained, that the special ‘tajalli’ (majestic effulgence and blessings) of Allah Ta’ala on the blessed Raudah is so powerful and penetrating, that had it not been conducted and processed through the blessed countenance of Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam), the chests of people would tear apart and hearts would burst out of its sheer intensity. This would result in dead bodies around the Raudah.
Citing a statement of Hadhrat Hakeemul Ummah (Rahimahullah), Hadhrat mentioned, that the tajalli on the Ka’bah Shareef is ‘Jalali’, charged with Allah’s Power and Supremacy. However, the tajalli on the Raudah is ‘Jamali’, full of beauty, fragrance and acceptance. Sadly, many are inattentive at this juncture and lose these blessings.
Hadhrat further advised that when sitting in the precincts of the Raudah, one should regard oneself to be in the presence of the Master (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam). Be aware and conscious about the respect for the Master Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam). The Sahabah (Radiyallahu Anhum) enjoyed the messenger’s (Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) company in person and were able to see him. We enjoy the same company, though, from behind the ‘veil’ of the hereafter. Therefore, remain attentive and respectful at all times.
May Allah Ta’ala grant every visitor an accepted visit.
