Inna lillah wa inna ilayhi rajioon
With a heavy heart and deep sadness we have received the news that Hadhrat Dr Abdul Qadir Hansa (rahimahullah) has passed on to the Mercy of Allah Ta’ala. Hadhrat, who was a resident of Ladysmith, South Africa was the special attendant and representative of Hadhrat Maseehul Ummat (rahimahullah).
Hafez Saheb was a medical doctor by profession, but through the blessings of his special relationship with Hadhrat Maseehul Ummat (rahimahullah), together with his medical profession he also became a specialist of the spiritual heart. He spent a lengthy period of time in the company of Hadhrat Maseehul Ummat in Jalalabad, India. Through this loyal relationship he imbibed the temperament and mannerisms of his Shaykh and was able to administer guidance to the multitudes of people who turned to him for reformation. He returned to his Creator having satiated the spiritual thirst of seekers who turned to him. Many of our pious elders are leaving the world swiftly, leaving a huge void that is difficult to fill.
May Allah Ta’ala make his journey to the hereafter easy. Friends and acquaintances are requested to make dua for the elevation of ranks and convey reward – Isale Sawaab.
